Larimer County Owner Notification List Application
Tools: Perform these steps in the following order:
Step 1
Make sure Owner Notification Map is selected in upper right hand corner of main window. (MAPS: Property Assessment: Owner Notification)
Step 2
Select the Property of interest. Use the selection tool to the left
OR
use the
Search Button
on main window.
Step 3
Check the box if owner list is for the Larimer County Planning Department.
Step 4
Ft.
Enter the required Buffer Distance (radius in feet) from the property of interest.
Step 5
Select OK to generate Owner Notification List Selection Set using the above buffer distance.
Step 6
Select OK to generate Owner Notification List and Mailing Labels. Note: The two lists will appear in new windows.
Step 7
Select OK to generate a PDF of the map you just created. Note: The PDF will appear in new window.
Note: Owner Notification Mailing labels are formatted for Avery 5160 Label Stock
Larimer County Table Export and Label Creation
Tools: Allows you to export data to Excel and create Labels
Click button to download the comma separated text file for import to Excel.
Generate Property List and Mailing Labels from current property selection. Note: The two lists will appear in new windows.
Note: Mailing labels are formatted for Avery 5160 Label Stock
